Shawnee's show career began at 7 months of age with a 4 pt major during the Pittsburgh Specialty weekend in July 1998. At the 1998 SSCA National Specialty she took 1st place in the 6 - 9 month puppy class. She received her 2nd major(5 points) at the Western Penn Kennel Assoc by going BOS over specials! As a Special she has received numerous BOB and BOS including several group placements. In 2000 she finished #9 SS and #2 bitch in the Canine Chronicle/Eukanuba All Breed Standings.
