In 2001 Bandit was been shown in only a handful of shows in the puppy class and accumulated 9 points and 1 major. In August 2002 he returned to the show ring for two shows and added two Winners Dog and two Best of Winners wins for two three point majors which finished his Championship.

Bandit is one smart fella'. He has learned a number of games including: "Chase the kids", "Get chased by the kids", "Steal the kids socks", etc. He is well loved by all who meet him, including all the kids at the soccer games. Bandit is also in obedience training with owner Deborah, and the instructor hardly believes how fast he catches on. He is a true "mountain dog", guarding the homestead from the local elk herd.
